Pilsner malt from Barn Owl Malt.
Willamette hops from VQH farms.
Water from our well.
Lagered for just over 5 weeks, it is simple, yet densely layered and eminently drinkable, we taste notes of doughy biscuit malt, fruity and floral hop aromatics, Ontario, a gentle but firm bitterness, and a soft mouthfeel without sacrificing any crisp drinkability.
Deliveries are (Monday-Wednesday-Friday) the order must be placed before 12pm, other than that it will be next day delivery.
Cannot be combined with Market beer in mixed packs.
