Sawdust City Brewery crashed the party, joining Market and Second Wedge to brew this unfiltered German Style Pilsner. We used German and Czech Saaz, utilizing Mash Hopping, First Wort Hopping, and Whirlpool additions. German Isar Lager Yeast from Escarpment Labs and Premium Pilsner malt round out this Pilsner to create a balanced, clean, crisp lager.
Deliveries are twice a week (Monday & Friday) the order must be placed before 12pm for same-day delivery, after that it will be delivered on the next delivery day.Â
