Inspired by the fermented Mexican drink with Pineapple and Cinnamon called Tepache, we brewed this kettle sour with El Dorado hops, and after primary fermentation, conditioned it on Pineapple Puree and Cinnamon Bark, this zippy sour is tangy, tart, and juicy.
