REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, on such item(s) such as merchandise; unless advised on the specific product page.

All sales on beverage product(s), hand sanitizer and events are final, unless other wise posted on their product page(s).

Please note that customer will pay for the return shipping

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or expired shelf life products, ticketed events, and items within Market's Market Place.

Exchanges on refundable items
The most efficient way to ensure you receive your desired product is to return the item(s) to Market Brewing Company. From there once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
You will be notify once we process your refund. If there is an issue with the item(s) you will be notified as to the issue and the reason for not being issued the refund.

All approved item(s), will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some 2-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
