We love sequels almost as much as Piers loves the time 10:23, whether it’s AM or PM. He wanted a heftier version of 10:23 IPA, so we took the hops and malt bill and cranked them up. We collaborated with Escarpment Labs using an experimental yeast strain. EL-1788 is a Thiol Foggy London strain of Ale yeast. We use Foggy London for a lot of our beers, but this boosted strain should coax some extra fruity vibes out of the beer. Idaho 7, Sabro, and Southern Passion reprise their role as a hefty dry hop, giving notes of Pineapple, Tangerine, Papaya and Coconut.
